About Jennifer

Jennifer Pestikas was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She graduated with a French and Spanish degree from Indiana University. During her studies, she lived abroad in France and obtained a political science certificate from the Institut D’Etudes Politiques (IEP). Jennifer also has earned a Masters of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She holds her securities and insurance licenses.

After college, Jennifer began her career in the investment services industry. Throughout her years in investments, Jennifer covered a three state territory where she trained investment advisors, wrote marketing plans for over thirty financial institutions and assisted in driving the operational impact for investment programs. Jennifer moved on to manage the sales and operations of a successful wealth management division for a large financial institution.

Jennifer then added to her skill set by taking on the challenge of managing multiple departments, including marketing and human resources. She has been instrumental in the development of brands, social media strategy, new websites and products and services for multiple financial institutions. After being inspired to help others, Jennifer developed an innovative leadership program at her organization. In 2016, Jennifer was honored as a Woman to Watch by the Credit Union Times.

Jennifer has most recently obtained her corporate coaching designation with IPEC and started her own life and leadership coaching business, How Winning is Done. Jennifer is passionate about helping women who experience perfectionism and self-doubt to learn how to become friends with themselves and take purposeful action in their lives and careers.

When Jennifer is not working to make positive change in her organization or helping women be the best version of themselves, she can be found having fun with her husband and daughter. Jennifer can be found at
