About Linda

Linda Lucatorto, M.Ed. in Human Services and Counseling and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) is an educator, group facilitator and public speaker. Linda is committed to educating and supporting men & women through the divorce process. Being prepared, realistic and calm helps reduce some of the anxiety and stress of divorce. Her goal is to save her coaching clients time and money and lessen the emotional upheaval. With Linda as their coach, clients learn about the options for divorce: Litigation, Mediation & Collaboration. She helps clients set realistic expectations for the process, prepares them for consultations with attorneys and offers referrals for attorneys and other professionals. Clients will also learn new ways to communicate, avoiding negativity and unproductive interchange. Clients will realize they need to save their energy for completing the "tasks" of divorce and Linda will help them prioritize these tasks. As a Mediator, Linda also assists parents in creating their Joint Parenting Agreement, keeping the best interest of the children as the focus and paving the way to a cooperative and effective co-parenting relationship post-divorce.

Linda also offers group programs for women: Seminars and Empowerment Groups. Hundreds of women have benefitted from the information, support, encouragement and camaraderie.

Linda is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois and served a three-year term on the Board of Directors for that organization. Linda is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, American Counseling Association, Illinois Counseling Association, American Association of University Women and the Co-Leader of the West Suburban Chapter of the Engaging Speakers Network.
